Sad day for Zilker - we are losing a long time friend and amazing piece of the ‘hood. I can remember waking up to migas tacos at the original incarnation of taco Xpress when I moved to zilker in 1997. What an iconic establishment Maria has run for all these years and multiple iterations. Today we say goodbye. As a silver lining the employees are starting a food truck which will serve much the same food (but no margs at this time).
