Who cares if people are moving out, as long as South and Central Austin neighborhoods retain their cherished neighborhood character*!
*“Character” = residents who are 98% white (and 95% middle-aged or older) and free of “thugs” and “hoodlums” (a.k.a. young adults with brown and black faces), with streets mostly free of those awful cars that inhibit one’s ability to walk down the middle of any given street without being run over
