More CodeNEXT maps released by the Austin Monitor - pretty good write up overall. I still don’t understand what the aversion is to allowing 3 - 4 story single family / multi family throughout the inner central neighborhoods. By building up we can increase housing / structure sizes and maintain green spaces / trees.
