Exciting potential changes at the Brodie Oaks Shopping Center. The parking lots may finally be put to better use!

“About 84% of the site is currently Impervious cover. That would be reduced to about 54% with the new plan, Armbrust said. He said the new development would convert almost 14 acres to green space, accounting for more than a third of the site.”

@felicity shared this with me earlier - very cool! Of course the devil is in the details. I certainly hope it is done well, but it seems like a perfect space for this - it would be amazing if some portion of the $ would go to some trail development then it could encompass a trail head for hiking, biking, etc.
